Located in the Tri Cities, WA, RCECM provides robust engineering and construction management support services to federal, public works, and environmental industries and clients nationwide. Our clients and their customers include DOE; all branches of the DoD, including US Army Corps of Engineers, Air Force, and Navy; and various city, county, and municipal agencies.

Our core focus is on assisting our clients in all aspects of project management and performance to ensure that projects stay on budget, on schedule, and claims are managed properly and in accordance with contract requirements.
